We understand that workforce downtime costs our customers time and money and we will work to get your employees 'back to work' as soon as we can.

We consist of medical professionals, customer services, patient administration and management employees, who are developed, trained, retrained and monitored on a regular basis - This is part of the Healthcare Continual Learning Process. We work together as a team to optimise our service solutions for you and welcome feedback from our customer base.

Accreditations

Healthcare Connections is a rail industry accredited supplier with Link Up and we therefore meet and fully adhere to their specific standards with regard to service provision. Our drug testing laboratories are UKAS accredited for drug testing and our nurses are fully trained and undergo continual professional development training.  We always work to the highest of standards, as demonstrated by our impressive list of accreditations.
