24 hours from receipt at laboratory unless the sample is on our Premiem For Cause service.

Q3 What drug groups am I being screened for?
The majority of workplace drug panels consist of alcohol, amphetamines, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, canabis, cocaine, methadone, opiates and propoxyphene.
Q4 How do I challenge my drug & alcohol test?
Please contact the Operations Centre 08456 773 002 and ask to speak to the drug & alcohol team.
Q5 What is acceptable for photographic ID?
Ideally passport, new style driving license, Sentinel Card or work pass. If you do not hold any of these either a Manager will need to accompany you to your appointment and verify your personal details. Alternatively we require a passport photo to have been signed and dated by a witness which confirms your identity.

Q7 Where can I find your medical centres?
Our services can be provided UK-wide in our medical rooms, mobile screening units and onsite to you. Our map gives you detailed information.
Q8 Are there parking facilities at our medical centres?
Southampton, Darlington, Long Eaton, Chilterns, Bicester & Ashford have parking facilities. For all our other medical rooms there are public car parks near by.
